Learn more about the HP All-in Plan for Print, including how to enroll, solve common problems, and manage your account.
HP All-In Plan for Print is a Subscription Service from HP.
When you sign up for HP All-in Plan for Print, HP provides a new printer and a set of HP Instant Ink cartridges.
After that, new cartridges are sent when your printer detects that you are low on ink. Shipments are based on usage.
If you need support, you get:
24/7 Pro live support from HP experts.
Next-business-day delivery if your printer cannot be fixed remotely.
You can print color photos, color documents, and black and white pages all for the same cost.
If you do not use all your pages in a month, they roll over up to three times your plan pages. You automatically purchase sets of additional pages for a reasonable price if you print more than your plan pages and rollovers.
After you set up the printer, you can change your plan whenever you want.
After 2 years, you are eligible to upgrade to a new printer. There is no additional charge for the new printer or shipping, though your monthly payment might change depending on the printer model you select.

HP All-In Plan for Print is powered by HP Instant Ink. Track shipments on your account page.
Instant Ink sends supplies before you need them, based on your printing volume. You might not receive a shipment every month. If you print a lot, you might receive several shipments in a month.
Go to the HP Smart website, click Sign In, and enter your account credentials.
Click HP All-In Print Plan, and Track shipments.
If your bill is higher than expected, remember that HP All-In Plan for Print charges can change from month to month, depending on your printing.
Your monthly bill is based on pages printed, not shipments received. You might not get shipments every month.
All printed pages are counted, whether Instant Ink cartridges are installed or not.
Your regular monthly payment covers printing of your plan pages and any accumulated rollover pages.
If you print more than your plan and rollover pages, you are billed for additional pages.
You can view charges and download your invoice for any billing period:
Go to the HP Smart website, click Sign In, and enter your account credentials.
Click Account, then Statements.
Plans for the service are based on the pages you print, not cartridges or shipments you receive.
Photo and text prints are counted the same. Your plan is based on the page count, not the amount of ink or toner used.
A double-sided print counts as two pages.
Any page that your printer placed any amount of ink or toner on counts as a printed page. Pages are counted the same whether you are using Instant Ink cartridges or regular cartridges.
If you do not print all your plan pages in a month, the unused pages are rolled over and can be used in later months.
The maximum rollover balance depends on your plan pages. For example, you can roll over up to 150 pages if you are enrolled in a 50-page plan.
If you downgrade your plan, you get a new rollover maximum. You lose any rollover pages over what your new plan allows.
If you print more than your monthly plan pages and rollover pages, you are charged for additional pages. For example, if you are on the 50-page plan, have 10 rollover pages, and then print between 61 and 70 pages, you are billed for one additional set of pages.
Additional pages billed in a set, not one by one. The size of the set depends on your plan.
Unused pages from additional page sets roll over so you can use them when needed.
If you consistently pay for additional pages, consider upgrading your plan.
Page counts are updated about once a day, not immediately.
If your printer is disconnected for a while, the page counts are recorded on the date the printer reconnects, not the date you printed.
Go to the HP Smart website, click Sign In, and enter your account credentials.
Select HP All-In Print Plan, click Overview, and then find the page counts in the Monthly print plan summary.
